PRIVACY POLICY (ART. 13, D. LGS. 196, 30/06/2003 | EU GDPR MAY 2018)

This policy describes the methods and logics for the treatment of personal information provided by users (hereinafter referred to as “users” or “visitors”) of https://wildscapes.photography (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).

This policy has been prepared in accordance with Art. 13 of Italian Law 196/2003 on Personal Data Protection and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective in the EU starting in May 2018 and is addressed both to visitors browsing the Website without registering to it and to people whom, following apposite procedure, register to the Website and take advantage of the online services it provides.

Validity of the policy described in this page is limited to the Website only and does not extend to other websites eventually linked to this one.

Discretional, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses listed on the Website, entails the acquisition on Vieri Bottazzini’s part of the sender’s email address, necessary to answer the sender’s requests (including sending information material regarding products and services) as well as any eventual other relevant personal data such as name, surname and phone number.

These are data such as, i.e., IP address or domain names pertaining to the computer used by Website visitors, request times, methods used to submit a request to the server, size of the file received in reply, numeric code describing the request’s status (success, error, and so on) and other parameters related to the informatics environment of the user, collected without any purpose of identification of the visitor but with the sole intent to collect anonymous statistic information about the use of the Website and the services it offers.

Users can further ask for data cancellation, transformation in anonymous form, or for the block of data processed in eventual violation of the law, as well as opposing in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their use.

In accordance with Art. 10, Law 196/2003, if an inquiry per Art. 7, comma 1 and 2, letter a) b) and c) will result in the non-existence of any data regarding the inquirer, the inquirer can be charged for a fee non-exceeding the costs sustained to answer the inquiry.
