WORKSHOPS TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Deposits and Refunds

Since all workshops require Wildscapes to pay up front deposits for a variety of services such as vehicle rental, accomodation, and the cost of your instructor traveling to the country where the workshop is to take place, deposits are non-refundable.
If you have to cancel for any reason, you can still use your deposit for any other future workshops or even private sessions. You might also want to transfer your booking to someone of your choosing to take your place on the workshop.

• Balance of Payment

The balance for the cost of your workshop will be due no less than 60 days before the workshop starting date. If you prefer, you can pay your balance sooner or even in installments. To arrange installments, please contact us.

• Travel Insurance

It is your responsibility to get your own travel insurance so that you are covered for any losses in the event that you have to cancel your trip. It is recommended to also purchase insurance to cover your camera equipment. Wildscapes will not be held responsible for any damage to your belongings or for any injuries to your person. Please ensure that your travel insurance covers you for any medical costs.

• Cancelled Workshop

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, as in the case of a workshops cancellation, you will be informed immediately and the booking costs will be refunded to you in full using the payment method you used to pay Wildscapes or transferred to a different future workshop, according to your preference.

• Bad Weather Policy

Since we firmly believe that most times it is always possible –if not advisable– to take photographs with bad weather, the workshop will be run regardless of the weather conditions, unless it is clearly advisable not to go out.
In such circumstances, a post-processing class will be replaced with the actual session in the field, until the conditions improved.
Wildscapes cannot be held responsible for the missing of one or more outdoor sessions due to bad weather conditions. However, this is a very unlikely scenario.

• Minimum Attendance

Minimum attendance to a workshop group is two people. If a minimum attendance is not met, the applicant is given the opportunity to turn his workshop into a one-to-one tuition or to use his deposit for any future workshops.
In the event that either solutions will not be accepted, the workshop will be cancelled and the applicant will be fully refunded.
